Each player is entitled to register and operate only one account on 55 Win. Opening or operating more than one account – whether under the same name, email address, phone number, payment method, device, or household – is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 55 Win customer support immediately via live chat or email at support@55win.life.
You may request closure of your 55 Win account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the 55 Win platform. Registration by individuals under 18 is strictly prohibited. 55 Win takes underage gambling extremely seriously and employs age verification procedures during registration and as part of the KYC process for withdrawals.
The 55 Win platform is intended for use by players in jurisdictions where accessing and using online betting platforms is not prohibited by applicable local law. The minimum deposit amount at 55 Win is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher deposit limits. Specific limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
You may only deposit funds from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. Depositing funds from accounts belonging to third parties – including family members – is strictly prohibited. Any deposits identified as originating from third-party accounts will be returned and the associated betting activity may be voided.
55 Win does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 55 Win's control.
55 Win aims to process all withdrawal requests within 60 minutes during normal operating conditions. Withdrawals that trigger additional security reviews may take up to 24 hours to complete. You will be notified by the support team if your withdrawal requires additional review.
The minimum withdrawal amount at 55 Win is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold cannot be processed.
Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as the 55 Win player account. 55 Win does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before your first withdrawal, you will be required to complete the KYC verification process, which includes submitting a government-issued identity document and proof of your payment method.
If your account balance includes bonus funds that are subject to wagering requirements, you will not be able to withdraw the bonus portion of your balance until those requirements have been met. Real-money balances are always withdrawable subject to minimum amounts and KYC completion.

All bonuses and promotions offered by 55 Win are subject to specific terms that will be clearly displayed at the time the promotion is offered. These general rules apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:
Wagering requirements specify how many times you must bet the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) before the bonus can be converted into withdrawable funds. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms. If you request a withdrawal while bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements are in your account, the bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
All bonuses at 55 Win have an expiry period. If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will expire and be removed from your account. Expiry periods vary by promotion and are always stated when the bonus is claimed.
All bets placed at 55 Win are subject to acceptance by the platform. 55 Win reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including – but not limited to – where the bet exceeds the maximum stake limits for a particular market, where there are technical issues affecting odds integrity, or where there is reasonable suspicion of irregular betting patterns.
The minimum stake per bet at 55 Win is Rs 200. Maximum stakes vary by market, competition, and account status. Maximum limits are displayed within the betting interface before you confirm your selection. VIP players may be eligible for higher maximum limits by arrangement with the 55 Win trading team.
Bets placed during live in-play markets are accepted subject to the current in-play odds at the moment of confirmation. Due to the dynamic nature of live events, there may be brief delays in bet acceptance during high-demand periods. 55 Win is not responsible for any odds movements that occur between the time you select an odds price and the time your bet is confirmed.
A bet may be declared void and your stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond a specified period, the odds were published in error due to a technical fault, a match is abandoned before the minimum required time has elapsed, or where applicable rules of the specific sport govern a void market outcome.
If odds are published by 55 Win in error – for example, due to a data feed failure or human input error resulting in odds significantly different from the correct market price – 55 Win reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies even if bets have already been settled as won before the error is identified.
All RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games offered at 55 Win use certified random number generation software that produces unpredictable, fair outcomes. The RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all games are available within the game information panel. 55 Win does not influence RNG game outcomes.
Live dealer games at 55 Win are operated by third-party live casino providers using physical equipment in professionally managed studios. The outcome of live dealer games (including Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, and other live table games) is determined by the physical outcome of the live game in progress and is outside 55 Win's direct control.
In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, 55 Win's systems will handle the round according to the game provider's rules. In most cases, the game will complete automatically based on the rules of that specific game. Any winnings resulting from a disconnected round will be credited to your account when the connection is restored.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55 Win platform and will result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
55 Win reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time with or without prior notice in cases including but not limited to: a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, suspicious betting patterns, failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe, or to comply with applicable legal obligations.
Where an account is suspended due to a breach of these Terms, 55 Win may freeze the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach occurred, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player through their verified payment method.
Players whose accounts are suspended have the right to appeal by contacting customer support at support@55win.life with a detailed explanation of their circumstances. 55 Win will review all appeals and respond within 5 business days.
